Shipping destinations: We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times: Local orders take 1-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days. International orders take 10 business days to be delivered via FedEx or UPS within the same 2 business days.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping cost: Domestic and Global shipping is charged according to your location

Store Pick up Policy:

Bring your Valid Photo ID, and order number to the store and pick up your items

We'll hold your items at the store for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment

Our shipping rates are as follows: Continental US/Domestic Shipping USPS First-Class Package Service: $8.00 USPS First-Class Package Service + Signature on Delivery: $10.00 USPS Priority Mail Service: $12.00 USPS Priority Mail Service + Signature on Delivery: $15.00 Exclusive Fitted is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend adding "Signature on Delivery" at checkout during shipping speed selection to prevent package theft, as this will require an individual at the shipping address to sign for the package before it is delivered. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
Package Protection Policy:
We strongly suggest add Route Package Protection at checkout and unlock full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues. Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant

Refund policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange for something else within 30 days from the date of the purchase. The product must be in the same form of state you received it in, with all the tags attached.
Please note that if a size is not listed on the website we do not have it in stock. Any hat returned for a size that is not available will be refunded without notice. A reship fee will be charged to the card the order was originally purchased with unless otherwise noted. These prices are for orders shipped within the US only. International customers will be emailed shipping price options for exchanges.
